Det er uimodsigeligt,<br \/>livet er fyldt med stress. Kroppen er faktisk designet til at opleve stress,<br \/>reagere og overkommet det. Stress kommer i utallige forme, grader og har mange<br \/>faktorer, da det kan v\u00e6re kort- eller langsigtet, indre og ydre. Alt varierer<br \/>fra person til person. Stressorer, eller udl\u00f8sere, kan v\u00e6re begivenheder eller<br \/>vilk\u00e5r i dine omgivelser, og n\u00e5r de udl\u00f8ses, producerer din krop fysiske og psykiske<br \/>respons. \u00a0<\/p><h2>Stress symptomer og hvad der sker med kroppen under stress<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">Alle oplever forskellige stresssymptomer i<br \/>varierende grad. Nogle f\u00e5r fysiske symptomer, mens andre f\u00e5r psykiske<br \/>symptomer, hvor andre kan opleve adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssige \u00e6ndringer. Stresssymptomer kan<br \/>starte sm\u00e5t ud, i en lav grad \u2013 s\u00e5som hovedpine eller noget lignende. Dog kan<br \/>det udvikle sig over tid og f\u00f8re til mere alvorlige og langvarige symptomer.<br \/>Det betyder at et sm\u00e5t fysisk symptom kan udvikle sig og blive til<br \/>adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssige \u00e6ndringer og psykiske symptomer.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">Din krop er et kompliceret koncept med mange<br \/>funktioner og systemer. Et af dem, er det autonome nervesystem. Dette system<br \/>regulerer kroppens indre funktioner, b\u00e5de under hvile samt aktivitet.<br \/>Eksempelvis kontrollerer det din vejrtr\u00e6kning, din hjerterytme og syns\u00e6ndringer,<br \/>for bare at n\u00e6vne et par stykker. Du er nok kendt med udtrykket \u201dfight-or<br \/>flight\u201d [<i>K\u00e6mp eller flygt<\/i>]. Det er et indbygget fysisk stressrespons,<br \/>som hj\u00e6lper din krop i stressede situationer.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">Som n\u00e6vnt foroven kan stress b\u00e5de v\u00e6re kort- og<br \/>langsigtet. Langsigtet stress, ogs\u00e5 kendt som kronisk stress, er en<br \/>kontinuerlig aktivering af din krops stressresponser. Som utvivlsomt vil slide<br \/>din krop b\u00e5de psykisk, fysisk og adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssigt. Det er subjektivt og kun personen som oplever det, kan afg\u00f8re stressens tilstedev\u00e6relse samt dens alvorlighed. Stress er, som f\u00f8rn\u00e6vnt, en normal menneskelig reaktion. Betydende at stress er en naturlig del af livet, og hvis det begynder at have en negativ effekt dig og p\u00e5 dit daglige liv, b\u00f8r du s\u00f8ge professionel hj\u00e6lp. En l\u00e6ge, psykolog eller andet sundhedspersonale vil m\u00e5ske benytte sp\u00f8rgeskemaer for at pr\u00f8ve at forst\u00e5 din stress og dens effekt, men der er ikke en specifik test, som kan diagnosticere stress.<\/p><h2>Hvilke behandlinger er der?<\/h2><p>Der er ikke en definitiv behandling for stress. Dog er der flere metoder, der kan v\u00e6re behj\u00e6lpelige, men det er meget individuelt hvad der hj\u00e6lper. De bedst kendte \u2019behandlinger\u2019 inkluderer bl.a.:<\/p><h2>Snak \/ samtale<\/h2><p>At snakke med en professionel kan give dig redskaberne til at bearbejde og h\u00e5ndtere din stress, p\u00e5 en sund m\u00e5de. Nogle former for snak \/ samtale \u2019behandling\u2019<\/p><ul><li>Kognitiv adf\u00e6rdsterapi (KAT) \u2013 Hj\u00e6lper dig med at forst\u00e5 dine tankem\u00f8nstre, genkende dine stressorer og identificerer dine handlinger.<\/li><li>Mindfulness-baseret stressreduktion (MBSR) \u2013 Det kombinerer mindfulness, meditation og yoga (- baseret p\u00e5 stress reduktion)<\/li><\/ul><h2>Medicinering<\/h2><p>Der er ikke noget medicin specielt udviklet til stress. Dog er der nogle alternativer til r\u00e5dighed, som meget muligt kan hj\u00e6lpe med at reducere og styre dine symptomer.
